As a Christian we must walk in the Light of God and let the Holy Spirit reveal Jesus and His Word to our heart. Believing in Jesus is no little thing. Many people think that all they have to do is say they believe in Jesus and this makes them a believer. They also think that if they have the teaching of certain religious catechisms and dogmas and rituals of sacraments this will fulfill their Christian belief and save their soul. When God sent His Son Jesus to this earth, He sent the True and Pure Light of God to shine on us, in us and out from us. There is a True Purity in the Light of God's Love. It is a Purity that penetrates our very heart and soul. It is so distinguishable from darkness that if we truly have Jesus in our heart His Presence will be felt and His Light will shine from us. If we truly have Jesus, we will walk in His Light as He supplies the understanding of His Light of His Love. Everyone who we come in contact with will also know that the Light of Christ is in us and shining from us. In great measure we should continually seek Jesus, letting the Holy Spirit seal His Word of His Love completely in our heart. We should try our best to keep pleasing Him as Jesus pleased His Father when He walked this earth. We also will continue to grow in His Light if we let the Holy Spirit reveal the true understanding of that Light and how it should always lighten our lives and shine out from us showing the whole world that Jesus is in our heart.

I recall when I was a child I saw pictures, beautiful pictures, in the large Bible that we had, of paintings of the sky and the light shining down through wide holes in the darkend clouds. The artist captured the beams of light so beautifully that it was like watching the true sunlight shining down through the dark clouds as I look out towards the western and southwestern skies in the mid to late afternoons on certain days. Every time I go out in the afternoons when it is partly cloudy, I look towards the western skies to see if the light beams are shining down through the darkened clouds. I am not talking about colorful sunset light now, but the light that is like pure white beams of light shing down through darkened clouds extending down almost to the horizon. It reminds me of God's pure Light of Christ that is to shine out from us and before the whole world that is in darkness. I believe that the Pure Light of God's Love shined forth from Jesus as He walked among men and the multitudes witnessed how Jesus truly was, the Light of God. The compassion that Jesus had on people who came to Him for the help that they and their loved ones needed was truly a Wonderful Love straight from God.

People who want to belive in Jesus, but do not want to believe to the extent of letting His Holy Spirit of Truth speak the true Word of God to their hearts will never understand the true Spiritual meaning of the Light of His Love that is our salvation. They will never understand that the Light of God can and will enter into their lives to shine forth to the whole world with the Power and Glory of the compassion that Jesus had while He walked among men on this earth. For when Jesus truly comes into a sincere heart who is seeking Him and Him alone, His Light of His Love comes in with the Power of God, that is Holy Spirit Power. Jesus' Light that shines forth from us is something that distinguishes us from the rest of the world. It is not a literal light, but it is something of God's Love that just radiates from each one who truly is Christ's own and His Love is there and people recognize it.

The Holy Spirit was given to the first church in the upper room with Power. It was Godly Power to change their lives and He is given to all the world since to change their lives as well. He comes into our being to teach God's Word and show us the true meaning of His Word and how we are to let the Word change us and cleanse us from the world. This is a miracle, the most miraculous experience we shall ever experience this side of the catching up or what some people would call the Rapture of the church. If all people who claim to be Christians would only let the Holy Spirit into their lives and surrender to Him to let Jesus be the complete ruler of their lives there would truly be more evidence that they were Christians. There would be great evidence of God's Love shining out into a world of darkness. God's Power would be in their lives to bring out the Wonderful Glory of God's Love. That same Power that was in Jesus is with those who truly believe and let Jesus into their lives to work in their lives in miraculous ways just like when Jesus walked this earth.

I experienced the Glory of the Power of His Love in my life when I surrendered my life to Jesus in 1989. I believe prayer was being answered, for the Holy Spirit started speaking to my heart and as I was obeying His voice and seeking Jesus at this time the Holy Spirit was drawing me to Jesus and speaking in His Still Small Voice that I should let Jesus come into my heart even more than I had ever done before. The first thing for me to do was to start reading and letting the Word of God more into my life. I had also received a gift from my wife Barbara on the occasion of our 1988 Christmas celebration of Christ's Birth. It was a Blessed Gift of the King James Bible on audio tape. I listened a great portion of every day while I was working, and I felt I couldn't get enough. I wanted to know everything I could fully grasp of the greatness of our Living God the Father, the Living Savior Jesus and the Holy Spirit of Truth.

At this moment I cannot understand how anyone can call themselves a Christian who has not ever felt the true transforming Power of God's Love in their lives after they claim they believe in Jesus. It is explained in the Word of God that when the Holy Spirit was given in the second chapter of Acts the new believers received the Holy Spirit in a wonderful miraculous way. It was not just for the Apostles, it was for everyone in the Upper Room. All one hundred and twenty received the Power of God in their lives.

For a very long time a great portion of the Christian religion would have people believe that if they participate in certain rituals and good works that they will be saved. The heads of some of these churches still adhere to these rituals as a means of salvation. There is no scripture to back this up, but men in high places have made their own set of rules for how they may be saved. It would seem that Jesus had the most trouble with the religious people in the high religious positions who were sure that they were right. The ordinary sinner recognized Jesus for who He truly was. He was the only one who could perform miracles. He was the only one who could forgive sins. He was the only one who gave the Truth of God's Word and men marveled at His knowledge. He was the only one who was the Truth of God's Word and could confound the words of the Pharasees and the Sadducees. He could confound the religious and could perform many miracles to prove His authority and yet the religious system that had nothing from God at all could not let themselves believe. It is the same today, those without light will remain in religious darkness because they refuse to totally believe in Jesus and totally accept Jesus into their heart, thus supressing the Holy Spirit.

It is very disheartening to know what is being spoken and written these days by those who are, or who think they are in position of authority. Just because men and women have studied under great theologians and have received the highest degrees of theology, does not mean that they have ever received Jesus through the Holy Spirit and that they have ever had the Holy Spirit dwelling within to guide them into all truth. Everyone that truly has Jesus in his heart has the Holy Spirit and His Power within to lead him the true way Jesus wants him to go. If the gifts of the Spirit are diligently sought after, the proper talent will be given and the proper ministry will come about with the true authority of God. Holy Spirit Power must enter into each one to receive truth and to give Power in their lives to give truth.

Some people even believe that some of the Gifts of the Spirit were temporary because some of the Gifts of the Spirit is not necessary any more since the first church passed away centuries ago. They also seem to say that the Power of God in ministry has passed away also and that there are no miracles yet today such as were in the first church. Jesus said in refrence to these people in Matthew 23:15 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye compass sea and land to make one proselyte, and when he is made, ye make him twofold more the child of hell than yourselves. Jesus also warned of these things when He was speaking to John about the seven churches in the book of the Revelation of Jesus. He gave the conditions of the churches then and it is so simular to those who think they know something these days also. To all seven of the churches, He said He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.

Some people have not had the ear to hear what the Holy Spirit has to say to them. All they can think about is the false and how the false have used the term spirit. There is a false spirit and that spirit will not fully glorify Jesus and give Him the Glory for the miracles that are supposed to be happening in every ministry. The true things of God are not happening in people's lives because of who they are listening to. I beleive that too many people are listening to much to men and their limited knowledge that has no Power of God at all. This includes the very learned men that are at the top of the list of who we should not be listening to. Or I should say, if that learned man has Holy Spirit Power in his ministry there will be the true fruits of the Spirit. The gifts of the Spirit will truly be evident and abounding as the true fruits of the Spirit, or people will be saved and will be healed. Everything will be directed toward Jesus and Glorify Him. If these things are not evident, then these people have not had an ear to hear what the Holy Spirit of Truth is telling them.

People can know the Word of God inside out and still have no true Holy Spirit Power in their ministries for they know and interpret by natural reasoning and not by the Power of God, The Holy Spirit of Truth. It becomes a profession and just because they have abilities and earthly knowledge and do good works does not mean that they have Godly authority to do God's work. Yet people can only respect the credentials of higher learning. The Power of God isn't in a great deal of it and so the credential really means nothing. In the end, they will be cast into the same pit as those who listen to them. Only The Power of God places truth in each of our hearts that truly seeks Jesus more. The Holy Spirit is the Power of God and He dwells in each true believer.

Jesus said in John 14:10-17

10 Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works.

11 Believe me that I am in the Father, and the Father in me: or else believe me for the very works' sake.

12 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.

13 And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.

14 If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it.

15 If ye love me, keep my commandments.

16 And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever;

17 Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.

The Word of God is for us all from the time that it was given, even until this present age. It is not for men to pick apart and say that certain things were for the time of the first church and not now. If men think that God phased out certain things from His Word and only made certain things available temporarily from the beginning of the church age ministry they are badly mistaken. The Word of God is forever and when it comes down to certain things men say about it, I will believe the Word of God and not certain sinful men who would perfert it to the point of causing others to not believe the complete truth. I must emphasize the 17th verse, the world cannot know the truth, for the Spirit of truth is not in them, He is only in those who would believe in Jesus with their whole heart. He is only in those who would not grieve Him and teach others falsehoods. I see these falsehoods all over the place in the writings of the very learned, and in the churches as I go through the websites and see the appalling statements of faith that they are ignorantly posting just because of men in the positions of the higher learned who are teaching these things. People are listening and ignorantly passing it on to others, suppressing the Power of the Holy Spirit that is supposed to be in their lives leading them and guiding them into all truth with His Power alone.

This is serious stuff. People are supposed to be listening to God speak to their hearts through the Holy Spirit of Truth. If people who go by the name of Christian do not let the Holy Spirit speak truth to them, there will be a lot of reproach brought upon Jesus, as the Word of God. The Power that is supposed to be in the true Church of God will no longer exist by the poor authority of those who are in charge. People who do not believe the Word of God in its entirety will have no excuse, no matter what position they have on this earth, they are known by God and He will judge them accordingly. It is truly a fearful thing to fall in the hands of the Lord. (Hebrews 10:31) Holy Spirit Power will be with the man or woman who truly has Jesus in their heart. They will know that they believe even beyond their own understanding and this Wonderful Power will work in their lives and in their ministries. If men could only believe beyond their own understanding, Jesus' Words would ring true in their lives and in their ministries and the mountain would remove to the other side. If these people could only believe in the way the Holy Spirit would truly lead them, sin and reproach would leave these people's lives and true miracles would be happening everywhere these Christians would truly proclaim the Gospel of Jesus. Instead, the Power of God has been phased out by each person who would listen to half truths and complete falsehoods.

Jesus also said he who says something against Him, it will be forgiven, but what ever is spoken against the Holy Spirit, it will not be forgiven not in this world or the world to come. I would urge everyone to not be skeptical when they hear about the Power of God performing a healing or any other miracle. When people give Jesus the Glory for it then it is truth. It should not be spoken against. There is so much unbelief in this world that when it is said that someone is healed, some people are looking for it to be a fake. It was no fake when I was healed of incurable cancer when after the medical people gave up on me and sent me home to die nearly 50 years ago in the Spring of 1955.
